Our arrangements are made using fresh, perishable flowers. For this reason, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is in line with industry standards for perishable goods.

We operate a seven day delivery service in London, with same day orders taken until 6 PM. You may also book our late night, or 24 hour ,service by choosing the appropriate delivery option. For rest of the UK, we operate a Tuesday to Saturday delivery service due to courier restrictions.<br><br>
